More Blessings

Well, we are still waiting for a buyer for our home and we are still waiting to move into our new home. But, I will NOT complain! I will focus on the blessings and give glory to God. I was reminded how easy it is to fall into the trap to complain last night while reading in Exodus. I read once again how the Israelites complained and complained to God and to Moses about their predicaments in the desert after leaving Egypt. They actually begged to go back to Egypt as slaves! How foolish! It reminded me of how easy it is to fall into the trap of complaining because of our various inconveniences or because of not seeing things how God sees them. I could easily fall into that trap right now and forget how many blessings God has bestowed on us. We don't have a buyer for our home in Santa Cruz yet and I could start thinking we made the wrong decision in moving or that God isn't in control, but He IS!! He IS in control and I will focus on the blessings God has given us. I will not start to think negatively and start to worry. God is so good and I will rest in His blessings and know that He has a plan for us!
